Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to support veteran employment initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
Coordinate with employers, community organizations, and internal teams to facilitate job placements and training programs
Provide personalized career counseling and mentorship to veteran clients, helping them navigate their transition into civilian careers
Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate partners, government agencies, and veteran organizations
Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, preparing reports and recommendations for continuous improvement
Organize outreach events, workshops, and seminars aimed at increasing awareness and engagement within the veteran community
Stay informed about industry trends, labor market conditions, and policy changes affecting veteran employment
Qualification
Required
