Responsibilities
Lead the design and scale-up of chemical processes from lab to commercial scale, emphasizing reaction chemistry and process control
Develop and maintain accurate Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) for new and existing systems
Plan, execute, and analyze pilot-scale studies to drive process improvements and implement new technologies
Collaborate with R&D, Operations, Quality, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless technology transfer and manufacturability of new products
Apply deep chemical engineering knowledge to create safe, scalable, and sustainable processes while improving efficiency and reducing costs
Troubleshoot processes and equipment, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to maintain quality and compliance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field
Minimum 8 years of experience in chemical manufacturing, including process development, scale-up, or production
Preferred
Master's degree
