Required

Proficiency in Lease Administration and thorough knowledge of lease structures and agreements
Experience in managing Leases and ensuring compliance with lease terms
Knowledge of Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate markets and trends
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively with clients and cross-functional teams
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Bachelor's degree in real estate, business administration, or a related field
Preferred
Professional certifications (e.g., CPM, real estate license) are a plus
