Color House Graphics, a leading book manufacturer, is seeking a skilled Binder Operator to join our production team. This position is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining the perfect binder to ensure high-quality books are produced efficiently and on schedule.

Responsibilities

Set up binder components (glue, mill, cover, trimmer)
Inspect books for quality and make necessary adjustments
Label, skid, and move materials using a hi-lo or hand jack
Perform basic maintenance and assist bindery team members as needed
