Customer Support Specialist
Troxell is a mid-size, fast-growing insurance brokerage dedicated to protecting clients and fostering a supportive workplace. They are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join their team, responsible for servicing clients, managing communications, and supporting account management tasks.

Responsibilities
Review insurance renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and audits for accuracy and completeness
Prepare coverage comparisons, rating analyses, and marketing materials for producers and clients
Assist with policy quotations and respond to application-related inquiries
Maintain communication with clients, carriers, producers, and regulatory agencies via phone, email, and mail
Generate and distribute insurance documents including binders, certificates, and ID cards
Support account management tasks such as billing issues, reinstatements, and finance agreements
Organize and maintain electronic and paper policy files; track pending items through a suspense system
Facilitate inspections and follow up on recommendations with producers and insureds
Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive client and policy information
Perform general administrative duties and special projects as assigned by management
Qualification
Required
A positive attitude and genuine interest in helping people
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Great communication—written and verbal
Comfort working with computers and learning new systems
H.S. Diploma or GED is required
Preferred
Prior office or customer service experience preferred
Professional and passionate about customer service
Proactive problem solver with a flexible mindset
Insurance experience or a Property & Casualty license is a plus (or willingness to obtain one)
