Responsibilities

Prospect and develop new energy efficiency opportunities within commercial and industrial accounts

Utilize technical expertise to scope projects such as lighting upgrades, HVAC optimization, building automation, retro-commissioning, and other efficiency measures

Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams to prepare savings analyses, proposals, and implementation plans

Manage the sales cycle from lead generation through closing, meeting revenue and performance targets

Build lasting client relationships and position the firm as a trusted advisor for ongoing efficiency and sustainability initiatives

Required

3-10 years of experience in energy efficiency, energy services, or related fields with a strong sales or client-facing component

Solid understanding of efficiency technologies, project economics, and savings validation principles

Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of simplifying complex technical solutions for clients
