Responsibilities

Take the lead on building the operations function for the newly created private credit fund business
Serve as firm’s head of operations- responsible for overseeing and reviewing deliverables associated with the fund's loan porfolio
Liaise with internal teams such as Finance, Client Services, Compliance, Legal, Tax, deal team, external property managers and 3rd party vendors (loan servicers, fund admins, auditors, etc.)
Assist with internal quarterly reporting for the firm/fund
Assist with resolution of questions from senior management and potential investors

Required

10+ years of relevant experience
Operations experience servicing loans held by Private Funds
Experience working with external loan servicers
Experience with closing on new loans
Experience with loan servicing and associated reporting requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong professional relationships at all levels, with both internal and external parties
Maturity, presence, sound judgment, and ability to form and express opinions effectively to cross-divisional teams including senior management

Preferred

A working knowledge of Yardi or other systems is a plus
