Senior Project Scheduler
Amica Talent is supporting a leading renewable energy EPC delivering complex utility-scale solar and energy-storage projects across the U.S. They are looking to add a Senior Project Scheduler to their Project Controls team, based out of Denver. This role plays a critical part in planning, tracking, and forecasting large-scale construction programs, working closely with project management, estimating, engineering, and executive leadership.

Responsibilities
Develop and manage fully resource-loaded CPM schedules for utility-scale projects
Partner with estimating and project management teams to align schedules with contract requirements
Lead weekly schedule updates, revisions, and critical path reviews
Produce and manage monthly and quarterly schedule deliverables, including:
Look-ahead schedules
Critical path and schedule impact analysis
Earned value analysis
S-curves and resource reporting
Schedule narratives when required
Maintain detailed schedule histories and change logs
Create as-built schedules at project completion
Support PMs, Directors, and Executives with ad-hoc schedule analysis and reporting
Participate in internal planning sessions and external owner meetings as needed
Ensure all schedule data is accurate, compliant, and delivered on time
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Finance, or equivalent experience
5+ years of Primavera P6 scheduling experience
PMI-SP or PSP certification required (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
Advanced understanding of CPM scheduling best practices
Expert-level Primavera P6 capability
Proven experience managing resource-loaded schedules
Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills (MS Project a plus)
Able to read and interpret construction drawings and contract language
Clear, professional communicator across field, operations, estimating, engineering, and client teams
Highly organized, self-directed, and deadline-driven
Willingness to travel periodically as projects require
Preferred
Strong preference for experience supporting utility-scale solar, BESS, power generation, or heavy industrial projects
