Litigation Paralegal - Long Term Care Defense
Responsibilities
Prepare and revise legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery materials
Organize and maintain case files, ensuring accuracy and accessibility
Track deadlines and manage litigation calendars
Coordinate with clients, witnesses, experts, and vendors to gather records and evidence
Assist with administrative tasks as needed within a small, collaborative team
File documents electronically in Tennessee courts
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2–3 years as a litigation paralegal
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, OneDrive, and SharePoint
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Preferred
Long-term care defense experience
Paralegal certificate
eDiscovery experience
