Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Development: Identify, prospect, and close new client accounts, building a robust pipeline of recruitment opportunities
Relationship Building: Nurture long-term partnerships with clients by understanding their needs, providing consultative guidance, and consistently delivering high-quality placements
Talent Scouting & Sales: Proactively source and engage top-tier candidates using various channels (direct outreach, social media, networking, etc.), effectively "selling" opportunities and our company's value proposition
Negotiation & Closing: Master the art of negotiation, securing favorable terms for both clients and candidates
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop and implement tailored recruitment strategies aligned with their business objectives
Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and the competitive landscape to provide insightful guidance to clients
Full Cycle Management: Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial client contact and job order generation to candidate interviews, offer negotiation, and successful placement
Performance Tracking: Utilize data and metrics to track sales and recruitment performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and exceeding targets
