Responsibilities

Partner with investments, property managers, maintenance teams, and regional leadership to align landscaping priorities with operational goals
Manage all landscaping operations across multiple properties, including turf care, irrigation, drainage, plant health, and seasonal enhancements
Select, negotiate, and oversee third-party landscaping contractors
Ensure compliance with company standards, local regulations, and sustainability initiatives
Monitor vendor performance, budgets, and adherence to service level agreements
Develop and manage regional landscaping budgets
Forecast seasonal needs and capital improvements for outdoor spaces
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure landscaping meets aesthetic and safety standards
Implement corrective actions and continuous improvement plans
Provide training and guidance on landscaping best practices
Recommend water-efficient irrigation systems, native plantings, and eco-friendly solutions
Stay current on industry trends and integrate innovative landscaping techniques

Qualification

Required

7+ years of experience in landscape management, preferably in multi-family or commercial real estate
Extensive knowledge of plant care, irrigation systems, and regional climate considerations
Proven ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in landscape management software and Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in landscape architecture, Horticulture, Environmental Science, or related field
