3+ w/Bachelors degree
3-6 years of hands-on experience in reporting tool administration
Strong expertise in Power BI and BOBJ administration (must-have)
Experience with Snowflake (role management, monitoring, basic SQL)
Cloud experience Azure preferred, AWS/GCP nice to have
Understanding of authentication, SSO, gateways, and access/security models
Working knowledge of service management, incident processes, and business continuity practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support multiple tools

Required

3+ w/Bachelors degree
BS in computer science or equivalent technical field or equivalent work experience
3-6 years of hands-on experience in reporting tool administration
Strong expertise in Power BI and BOBJ administration (must-have)
Experience with Snowflake (role management, monitoring, basic SQL)
Cloud experience Azure preferred, AWS/GCP nice to have
Understanding of authentication, SSO, gateways, and access/security models
Working knowledge of service management, incident processes, and business continuity practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support multiple tools

Preferred

Tableau Server administration experience
Experience with Dataiku, Collibra, Matillion, Delphix, GitHub Enterprise, or similar tools
Familiarity with CI/CD, automation, and DevOps practices for data
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Strong communication and customer-centric mindset
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
Proactive thinking with a self-service first mindset
Ownership, accountability, and willingness to dig into issues end-to-end
