Responsibilities

Oversee the monthly financial close process, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely execution of all location-level financial activity
Direct the preparation and review of financial reports, including GAAP-compliant statements, forecast/pro forma analyses, and management dashboards for internal and client use
Analyze financial results and research fluctuations or discrepancies within reports to identify underlying causes
Conduct internal review and audit procedures to evaluate adherence to financial policies and regulatory standards, including detailed testing of ledger activity, account reconciliations, balance sheets, income statements, and supporting documentation
Evaluate financial systems and internal control environments across locations; recommend and implement process improvements where deficiencies are identified
Participate in candidate evaluation and interviews for Finance leadership roles
Lead onboarding, training, and professional development initiatives for newly appointed Finance Managers
