Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement software solutions to meet business requirements, focusing on front-end UI web applications and .NET technologies

Conduct thorough debugging and analysis to identify and resolve system issues effectively

Collaborate with users to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions

Perform complex coding tasks and ensure accuracy through rigorous testing procedures

Document program development, changes, and enhancements, including test results and operational procedures

Provide technical consultation to user departments and support Information Systems personnel through training and assistance

Validate production schedules and ensure system reliability for assigned applications

Communicate project status and system problem resolution updates to management

Participate as a project team member, contributing to successful outcomes under the guidance of project leaders

Assume on-call technical responsibility for production systems as needed

Required

Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in software development

Proficiency in VB.Net, Visual Studio, and C# programming

Strong knowledge of SQL Server and related tools such as Management Studio, Integration Services (SSIS), and Reporting Services (SSRS)

Familiarity with front-end development technologies including Ajax, API development, and ASP.NET

Experience with bug tracking tools like Atlassian Jira and version control systems such as GitHub

Demonstrated understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies and AB testing practices

Knowledge of XML and operating systems like Windows 7

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills paired with effective communication and documentation abilities
