National Account Manager - Costco + Walmart
Globe Electric is a Canadian-based company that has been a leader in innovative lighting and electrical solutions since 1932. They are seeking a National Account Manager who will lead sales activities at Costco and Walmart, focusing on driving sales growth and developing key relationships within these accounts.

Responsibilities
Prepare, present, and execute frequent Product Line Reviews and Business Reviews. This will require the NAM to develop a category strategy, in conjunction with Sales Leadership, Product Development, and Marketing, and execute that strategy to defend current business and close new business
Develop and maintain working relationships with all Costco and Walmart personnel. This includes the merchant teams, sourcing teams, inventory replenishment, demand planning, logistics, marketing, among others
Ability to self-start and move forward all account management related initiatives in a timely manner
Analyze POS, market research and trends, and other industry factors, to determine consumer demand, potential sales volume, and identify key areas for growth
Responsible for frequent comp shops, store walks, competitor product analysis, etc
Partner with our internal Sales Support team to provide customer-centric account management approach
Focus on forecast accuracy, in conjunction with our Business and Forecast Analyst teams, incorporating qualitative and quantitative metrics, to maximize inventory efficiency and meet internal and external fill rate requirements
Qualification
Required
Proven experience working with Costco and/ Walmart in a similar account management role
Expertise in retailer systems and tools, including: Costco: BPMS, Circana (IRI), and related platforms; Walmart: Retail Link - Scintilla, Item 360, Nova, QMS, RFID, FlexPLM, Plum, and SQEP
Demonstrates Globe's Core Values — Integrity, Creativity/Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Excellence
Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and meet aggressive timelines
Excellent analytical and Microsoft Office skills, including Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Preferred
Experience with Asia‑based manufacturing and end‑to‑end import operations into the U.S. is a plus
