Scale Up Search is partnering with a rapidly expanding, high-growth Spirits brand that is building a best-in-class national on-premise presence. They are seeking a Director of On-Premise Sales to lead national on-premise strategy, unlock key chain and hospitality accounts, and scale execution through top-tier distributor partners.

Responsibilities

Own and execute the national on-premise sales strategy, with a strong focus on large multi-unit and national chain accounts
Leverage existing senior-level relationships with major on-premise groups including (but not limited to): Marriott, Hyatt, Hard Rock Café, Buffalo Wild Wings, Chili’s, Olive Garden, Applebee’s
Maintain and grow direct relationships with buyers and decision-makers at these accounts
Lead national distributor management, working closely with Southern Glazer’s, RNDC, Breakthru Beverage, and other strategic partners
Drive menu placements, programming, incentives, and activation at scale
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Brand teams to ensure on-premise execution aligns with brand standards
Track performance, forecast growth, and deliver against ambitious national sales targets

Required

Proven experience in a senior on-premise sales leadership role within Spirits or Beverage Alcohol
Demonstrable, active relationships with national on-premise chain buyers and hospitality groups
Background working for or closely with a national distributor such as: Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits, RNDC, Breakthru Beverage
Deep understanding of the US three-tier system and national on-premise route-to-market
Strategic thinker with a hands-on, relationship-driven sales style
Comfortable operating in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment
