Responsibilities
Lead the implementation of solutions in Oracle Cloud SCM, providing oversight and hands-on contributions to the design, development and integration of the application implementation
Work closely and collaboratively with client stakeholders to understand their business requirements, provide strategic guidance and architect solutions that leverage the full capabilities of Oracle Cloud SCM
Lead the design of comprehensive solutions leveraging your expertise and the expertise of the team to ensure alignment with business needs and industry’s best practices
Lead the functional solution architecture process. Develop scalable and sustainable architecture designs that adhere to industry best practices
Collaborate with the technical team to design and implement integrations between Oracle Cloud SCM and other 3rd party systems to ensure seamless data flow and operability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including but not limited to developers, analysts, workstream leads, project managers and Oracle to deliver successful outcomes
With workstream leads, configure Oracle Cloud applications to meet requirements utilizing built-in features
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Extensive experience with following Oracle Cloud Applications: Planning, Order Management, Inventory, Costing, Purchasing, Manufacturing, PDH, MDM/CDM, Quality
Leadership and team management experience with ability to provide strategic planning and oversight
At least 15 years of experience in a professional services company
7-10 years of experience as a delivery consultant and at least 3 years' experience as a senior delivery lead or Solution Architect. Must be able to lead effective and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Ability to analyze complex business processes, identify risks and issues and propose effective solutions using Oracle Cloud ERP
Proficiency in configuring and customizing Oracle Cloud applications to meet specific client business requirements
Knowledge of SaaS implementation lifecycle, including details of requirements, process validation, Design, CRP, configuration, build, test phases
Ability to interact with and manage expectation of client Senior management, members of project team and client team members
Ensure the delivery of high-quality deliverables
Good Analytical and Communication skills, Planning and Co-ordination skills
