Responsibilities
Ensure alignment of priorities with business and product objectives and goals
Ensure a thorough understanding of customer and user journeys either by directly interacting with users or an equivalent business person or stakeholder
Partner with scrum master, engineering manager, and squad members to regularly plan and lead the execution of requirements of an assigned squad
Establish key operational success metrics for the squad
Develop, groom, maintain, and prioritize the backlog of the squad
Partner with Engineering Managers and leaders to ensure squad has right kinds of skillset to deliver on squad objectives and goals
Collaborate across squads to deliver security initiatives
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated Product Owner experience
Demonstrable success in understanding, prioritizing, and executing user requirements to deliver world class product capabilities
Exceptional skills in writing detailed user stories for incoming requirements
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently and on cross functional teams
Experience in Agile Environment
Proficiency with Jira and Confluence
Basic understanding of Secure Development Lifecycle and Compliance Standards such as NIST and DORA
