Responsibilities

Help design and launch the company’s Talent Mobility program, supporting career movement for interns and full-time associates

Drive cross-functional collaboration with HR, Talent, Business Leaders, and other stakeholders

Develop and maintain program plans, timelines, and governance models

Create executive-ready presentations, dashboards, and updates that clearly communicate progress, risks, and outcomes

Build and manage workflows using tools such as Microsoft Forms, automation platforms, and related systems

Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve program efficiency through automation and standardization

Track metrics, analyze outcomes, and recommend improvements to ensure program success and scalability

Support change management and adoption across the organization

Required

Experience driving cross-functional programs or initiatives, ideally in HR, Talent, Operations, or Strategy

Strong program management and organizational skills with attention to detail

Proven ability to create clear, concise, executive-level presentations

Experience using Microsoft tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Forms); familiarity with automation tools is a plus

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to operate effectively in an ambiguous, early-stage environment

Preferred

PMP certification (preferred but not required)

Experience supporting talent programs, workforce planning, or internal mobility initiatives

Familiarity with process automation or workflow tools
