They are currently seeking a highly motivated Administrative Support Specialist to organize and finalize construction proposals, manage documentation, and assist various administrative departments.

Responsibilities
Organize, prepare and finalize construction proposals for Pittsburgh and Florida offices
Edit technical and non-technical portions of proposals
Facility, vendor, budget and inventory management
Assist administrative departments as needed (HR, Marketing, Contract Management and Accounting)
Documentation and data management
Data entry
Uphold confidentiality and ensure secure handling of sensitive information
Perform other administrative duties as needed
Qualification
Required
Highly proficient in Word, Excel, Adobe Writer, Outlook, and Outlook Calendar; desktop publishing is a plus
Experience in working in a deadline-driven environment with strong proficiency in writing, editing, proofreading, and layout skills
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Exhibits high energy, enthusiasm, strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, a positive attitude, and possesses a strong work ethic
Work in a team environment
