They are seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Manager to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of its buildings, grounds, and equipment, while supporting operational continuity across several locations.

Responsibilities
Perform scheduled preventative and predictive maintenance on buildings and infrastructure
Carry out routine repairs and minor construction tasks, including carpentry, basic plumbing, and light electrical work
Monitor and maintain essential systems such as HVAC, fire safety, mechanical, and electrical installations
Conduct safety and compliance inspections and address identified risks
Maintain tools, spare parts, and maintenance inventory
Support upkeep of outdoor areas, including landscaping and site cleanliness
Act as point of contact for landlords, property managers, and external contractors
Coordinate service schedules and ensure vendors meet safety and contractual standards
Track insurance documentation and compliance for third-party providers
Support basic vehicle fleet upkeep, inspections, and repair coordination
Manage and document work orders, ensuring timely resolution and accurate records
Prepare regular maintenance reports and performance updates
Maintain safety documentation, product specifications, and material data records
Assist with room setups, breakdowns, and logistical support for events and meetings
Provide training or guidance on safety procedures and maintenance protocols as needed
Communicate facility conditions, risks, and improvement opportunities to leadership
Monitor cleaning and housekeeping service quality
Support capital improvement planning and execution
Contribute to broader operational and management initiatives
Qualification
Required
Solid working knowledge of building systems and facility operations
Experience using maintenance or work order management systems
Proficiency with common hand and power tools
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Proactive, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
At least 5 years of hands-on facility or property maintenance experience
Minimum 2 years in a facilities management or supervisory maintenance role
Experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance
