Citizens is seeking exceptional talent to join one of our sophisticated, high-end Private Wealth teams based in San Francisco. As a Registered Client Associate, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional client service and support within the wealth management space.

Responsibilities

Client relationship management, which includes developing and maintaining strong relationships with high net worth/ultra HNW clients

Client communication and education, which includes the communication of investment updates, market insights, and performance reports

Serve as a main point of contact for clients and anticipating needs

Coordinate client meetings

Process client transactions

Collaborate with internal teams such as Compliance, Operations, and Finance to resolve client issues and enhance client satisfaction

Conduct periodic reviews of client accounts

Required

Bachelor's degree in finance or similar

Previous client service and administrative experience within Wealth Management

3+ Years of relevant industry experience

Strong intrapersonal skills

Series 7, 66 licensed (or 63/65) Required

Skilled in building trust and managing relationships in fast-paced, high-touch environments
