Oversee multiple active projects and project teams simultaneously
Lead Project Executives, Project Managers, and Superintendents
Ensure projects meet schedule, budget, quality, and safety objectives
Serve as a senior point of contact for owners, consultants, and partners
Drive financial performance, forecasting, and risk mitigation
Support operational strategy, staffing plans, and regional growth
Implement and reinforce best practices across project delivery
Qualification
Required
15+ years of experience with a GC or CM
Proven leadership on projects ranging from $50M–$300M+
Strong background in financial controls, contracts, and operations
Experience managing multiple project teams and stakeholders
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
