The role involves conducting financial modeling and analysis to support strategic decision-making and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop financial forecasts and projections.

Responsibilities

Conduct financial modeling and analysis to support strategic decision-making and business planning initiatives
Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast financial performance, analyze trends, and evaluate potential investment opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, identify key drivers, and develop financial forecasts and projections
Analyze financial statements and performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations to senior management
Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to leadership
Assist in the development of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans
Support the implementation and optimization of financial systems and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support to various departments and projects as needed

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis or related role
Strong proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills
Experience with financial systems and tools, such as ERP systems and business intelligence software
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis and reporting
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and presentation skills
