Key Account Sales Manager - Truck and Off-Road
Rosco Vision is a leading manufacturer of vision safety solutions for the bus and truck vehicle marketplace, seeking an experienced Key Account Sales Manager. The role involves leading sales initiatives in the OEM Off Highway and Truck markets, managing strategic partnerships, and driving sales growth across various industries.
Responsibilities
Sells Rosco family of products in a manner that maximizes revenue, meets operational velocity requirements, and addresses the direction of key accounts assigned
Suggests new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction
Keep current with economic indicators, changing trends, supply and demand, and competitors to maintain sales volume and product mix
Frequent meetings with customers to discuss their evolving needs and assess the quality of the company’s relationship with them
Document customer interactions and maintain data related to activities, accounts, and partnerships
Develop and maintain positive working channels between sales, product innovation, and manufacturing
Plans for the achievement of individual targets in alignment with business strategy and company policies
Identifying, developing, and maintaining strategic relationships with customers throughout the assigned accounts
Collaborate with marketing and sales staff to implement strategies to improve marketability of manufactured products
Capable of interfacing with customers in person, creating long term partnerships and relationships, opening the door, and closing sales to achieve territory year over year growth
Capable of working with Rosco regional sales managers and NY based national sales managers to bring opportunities, collaborate on projects, and close sales pertaining to the key account's sales objectives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant experience
5 to 10 years of proven experience in outside sales within the OEM truck or off-highway market
Strong project management and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM platforms
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on achieving measurable results
Must be able to travel 60-75% of time within the assigned territory
Must have a valid and non-restricted driver license, and be capable of driving long distances
Must be capable of flying on a commercial airline
