Responsibilities
Create and maintain 2D and 3D CAD files for molds, tooling, parts and complex assemblies
Accurately manage and maintain engineering data within the company ERP system (Odoo), including creating BOMs and other technical drawings
Serve as a technical reference between the engineering, sales and production teams, resolving any production issues or design specifications
Complete First Article Inspection and make any modifications in CAD programs
Conduct root cause analysis on component and process failures
Qualification
Required
Minimum of Associate's degree in Engineering or related field required
5+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting, with experience in design and ERP system management
3+ years of experience in a design-specific role, with skills in both 2D and 3D design (CAD and SolidWorks)
Experience operating precise measuring equipment and understanding of various manufacturing processes
