Responsibilities
Work on 1-3 different projects at once
Whatever needs to be done to get people through a change - assess what the need is, make a plan, hold them to the plan, help people understand the need for the change
Speak up for the people side
Writing, convincing, relating to customer to understand what's really going on
Run meetings
Edit on the fly if needed - share screens, edit on meetings, etc
Qualification
Required
True change management experience
Understand what organizational change management is, explain it
2-year degree required
MS Office experience - Excel, PPT
5+ years of experience in this type of work
Business transformation, change management, strategic communication
Adaptable
People-focused
Verbal and written communication
Comfortability with change
Willing to accept someone with fewer years + a master's degree
Fine with more years of experience
