Responsibilities
Monitor product quality using thermometers, pH meters, hunter (colorimeter), weighing scale, and others equipment
Ensure product meets specifications, document deviations and corrections
Report out-of-spec trends to supervisors/managers
Conduct daily equipment verification checks
Lead initial troubleshooting and resolution of equipment malfunctions
Weekly and monthly foreign matter inspections
Maintain clean and functional equipment
Follow proper chemical and machine handling techniques
Follow proper documentation guidelines
Maintain records and follow retention policies
Report quality and safety infringements to QA Manager
Assist in retrieving documents for audits
Trending analytical data
Environmental Swabbing
Other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 2 years of experience in similar role required
Strong communication skills
Strong integrity and attention to detail
Good time management
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft applications
Constantly move about the laboratory and production plant
Constantly position self to obtain samples and clean equipment
Constantly communicate with team members
Constantly follow written and verbal instructions
Remain standing for prolonged periods of time
Frequently move equipment, samples, and boxes of documents up to 50lbs
Frequent exposure to variety of cleaning and processing chemicals
