The Corporate Accountant will play a key role in preparing consolidated financial statements, supporting financial analysis, and assisting with corporate reporting and forecasting efforts.

Responsibilities
Prepare monthly and quarterly consolidated financial statements and supporting analysis
Review accounting for significant transactions and research GAAP guidance
Perform reconciliations and ensure reporting accuracy and data integrity
Assist with lender reporting, covenant calculations, and liquidity forecasting
Support the budgeting process and prepare variance analyses
Partner with FP&A and Treasury teams on ad hoc financial projects
Identify process improvements and enhance efficiency in reporting workflows
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
CPA or CPA-eligible
2-3 years of accounting experience
Strong GAAP knowledge
Attention to detail
Analytical skills
Excellent communication skills
Professional presence
Preferred
Master's in Accounting
Actively pursuing CPA
Public Accounting experience
Real estate exposure
