Request, follow up and obtain medical records/bills related to client treatment
Verify/confirm and document account balances with medical providers
Draft correspondence and other legal documents
Maintain and manage calendars and case deadlines
Other administrative duties such as organizing case files, documenting mail, filing, etc
Qualification
Required
Superior attention to detail is extremely important for this position
Hardworking and motivated individual who is capable of handling a substantial amount of work
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Personal injury experience and/or general civil litigation experience is a plus
