Digital Media Coordinator
SoTalent is a company focused on digital growth, and they are seeking a Digital Fundraising Operations Coordinator to support their digital marketing efforts. This role involves coordinating digital marketing materials, tracking campaign performance, and optimizing fundraising initiatives across various online platforms.

Responsibilities
Act as a liaison between digital marketing teams, membership teams, and external agencies to ensure smooth delivery of campaign materials
Assist with paid search and paid social advertising efforts using industry-standard advertising platforms
Review and validate creative assets to ensure technical and brand compliance before launch
Monitor social media advertising activity, respond to public engagement in line with brand guidelines, and flag reputational risks when needed
Coordinate requests for online donation form updates and improvements
Help maintain campaign quality by removing outdated or underperforming ads
Support organic social fundraising initiatives and integrated multi-channel campaigns
Generate and distribute campaign performance and fundraising reports using CRM and analytics tools
Track donation activity and media performance trends, highlighting opportunities for optimization
Share insights with internal stakeholders and external partners to support data-informed decisions
Build and manage tracked URLs for digital fundraising initiatives
Collaborate with data and analytics teams to implement CRM tracking mechanisms
Deploy and maintain tracking tags and pixels using tag management tools
Conduct quality assurance checks and troubleshoot discrepancies in conversion tracking
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
At least one year of experience supporting digital marketing, advertising, or fundraising campaigns
Working knowledge of search engine marketing and paid social advertising platforms
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Comfortable working within established brand and style frameworks
Willingness to learn and adapt as digital tools and platforms evolve
Preferred
Background in nonprofit fundraising, advocacy, or direct response marketing
Experience with CRM systems and analytics tools
Familiarity with tag management and web tracking technologies
Hands-on experience with major social media and search advertising platforms
