Responsibilities
Proactively source and identify skilled professionals across a variety of industries
You will be responsible for referring experts to join LLM data training projects, offering them fully remote and flexible work opportunities
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines, ensuring a continuous flow of qualified experts
Act as a long-term talent partner, strengthening and expanding our professional community over time
Qualification
Required
Proven track record in recruitment or talent acquisition
Native or bilingual English proficiency
Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently
Preferred
multi-industry experience preferred
Recruiting experience in the US, Canada, and EU
