Responsibilities
Support analysis of process and activity capability, including tracking performance, standards, conformity, and compliance
Collect, analyze, and report attribute and process statistical data in collaboration with project managers
Work with project administrators to confirm compliance with predefined internal Corning formats
Document, track, and close deviations, including root cause and corrective action plans
Capture and publish meeting minutes and action items from run-to-standard governance meetings
Support document audits, updates, and creation of new quality and process documentation
Qualification
Required
Process and quality data analysis
Technical documentation and compliance tracking
Cross-functional communication and coordination
Strong data analysis and reporting skills
Experience with technical writing and documentation updates
Ability to track deviations, root cause analysis, and corrective action plans
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong interpersonal and communication skills across multiple departments
Ability to work independently without constant supervision
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
2+ years of college education required; Associate or Bachelor's degree highly preferred
Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook; Power BI highly preferred
Ability to perform manual, non-desk activities such as visiting departments (e.g., shipping) to collect information
Must be comfortable working cross-functionally and communicating with multiple teams
Preferred
Experience with ETQ systems (Document Control and CAPA)
Power BI experience
Quality management or process capability reporting experience
Background in science, engineering, or data-focused disciplines
Technical troubleshooting skills
