Responsibilities
Manage incidents end-to-end, including triage, escalation, root cause analysis, and timely resolution to minimize service impact
Develop and maintain automation for recurring operational tasks to improve system reliability and operational efficiency
Enhance monitoring, alerting, and observability frameworks to proactively identify and prevent issues
Partner with application development and infrastructure teams to support deployments, configuration changes, and release activities
Ensure adherence to enterprise standards, security policies, risk controls, and audit requirements
Create and maintain technical documentation, including runbooks, troubleshooting guides, and operational best practices
Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation to provide continuous production support
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with at least 7 years of relevant experience
Experience Monitoring, supporting, and maintaining production systems across Linux, Autosys, Hadoop, Spectrum Grid, ITRS, and Dynatrace environments
