Delta Capita is expanding its Structured Products business in the US and is seeking an experienced Smart DX Developer to join their automation team. The role involves developing and maintaining SmartDX templates for structured products documentation and partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver high-quality services.

Responsibilities

Develop new and maintain/update existing SmartDX templates for Structured Products documentation (Pricing Supplements, Final Terms, Term Sheets, Key Information Documents)

Review the above templates for accuracy against the base template provided by the client and the specific trade details

Manage a pipeline of work, adhering to deadlines and providing oversight of status and progress

Partner directly with senior stakeholders across business, legal, and operations functions at our clients, developing trusted relationships and delivering high-quality structured products services

Champion innovation and process improvement, leveraging technology to streamline and optimize structured product documentation workflows

Collaborate globally with peers to ensure consistency, efficiency, and knowledge sharing across all regions

Required

SmartDX template development capabilities – 5 years+ experience in developing SmartDX templates for transactional documents, including but not limited to Structured Products Term Sheets and Pricing Supplements/Final Terms, OTC Term Sheets and Confirmations

Testing of SmartDX templates – including planning, tooling, monitoring, progress reporting and regression testing

Managing the automation of documentation – Planning, prioritization, monitoring STP progress, MI compilation, STP break analysis, team communications

Extensive experience in Structured Products issuance, with a deep understanding of structure types, payoffs, and documentation requirements

Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage complex workflows and multiple priorities

Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities across business, legal, and operational areas

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
