Responsibilities
Lead large-scale supply chain transformation programs , including process redesign and technology enablement
Oversee implementation of advanced planning solutions (preferably o9 Solutions or Kinaxis RapidResponse )
Drive digitization initiatives across supply chain functions to enhance visibility, agility, and efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align transformation strategies with business objectives
Develop and execute change management plans to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in supply chain transformation and implementation projects within manufacturing (heavy manufacturing or automotive preferred)
Strong expertise in supply chain planning systems (o9 or Kinaxis highly desirable)
Deep understanding of supply chain digitization trends and technologies
Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of delivering complex projects
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field

MBA or advanced degree preferred
