Responsibilities

Overseeing the operation of the Boiler and Chiller plant within the hotel
Performing all maintenance and troubleshooting, safety inspections, and repairs to equipment
Responding to any needs related to the boilers, chillers, and corresponding equipment
Performing preventive maintenance on major equipment and systems, using a windows-based computer system

Qualification

2nd Class Stationary Engineer LicenseBoiler operationsChiller operationsBuilding maintenance experienceBlueprint readingTroubleshooting skillsCommunication skills

Required

2nd Class Stationary Engineer's License
3 years' experience working around plant operations of commercial boilers and chillers
Flexible schedule, to include weekends and holidays

Preferred

Ability to read blueprints and schematics
Basic trouble-shooting skills
Hotel experience
