Digital Communications and Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary user for the communications "tech stack", including Constant Contact, Google Workspace (Gmail/GChat), social media tools, content management systems
Take the lead on social media channels and be the expert in leveraging social media space
Manage and audit internal email distribution groups (Google Groups) to ensure list hygiene and accurate audience targeting
Oversee the design, maintenance, and updating of internal (Intranet) and external web pages, ensuring they are updated, links are active, and the user experience is intuitive and engaging
Monitor platforms to ensure the security and efficiency of communication channels
Act as an active creative partner, collaborating with writers, videographers, and designers to gather, develop and prep assets for deployment
Take "hero" content and adapt it for different environments (e.g., social media, blogs, web, email, etc.)
Be a brand steward and ensure all outgoing content is visually aligned with brand standards and optimized for the specific technical requirements of each platform (aspect ratios, file sizes, etc.)
Develop and Execute multi-channel distribution strategy, ensuring that key messages hit appropriate channels in a coordinated sequence
Work with editorial calendar and manage sub calendars such as marketing calendar and social media calendar, including the creation, scheduling, and conducting of campaigns to completion
Executing end-to-end digital campaigns, including email marketing and paid social ads
Traffic control the frequency of messages to ensure audiences are informed but not overwhelmed
Use analytics tools to monitor campaign performance (open rates, click-throughs, web traffic)
Provide the creative team with actionable feedback based on platform data

Required

Experience: 5–7 years in digital communications, marketing operations, or a similar role within an agency or corporate environment
Platform Expertise: Advanced experience with Constant Contact, Google Workspace (Gmail/Chat/Groups), Social Media and associated tools
Content Management System (CMS) Proficiency: Advanced experience designing, building, and managing web content via Framer, SharePoint, WordPress, or similar 'no-code' builders
Social Media experience and experience with paid social media budget management (LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager)
Collaborative Spirit: A proven ability to work alongside creative professionals and translate their work into digital formats
Attention to Detail: Meticulous about proofreading, link testing, distribution list accuracy, and formatting consistency
Ability to conduct end-to-end campaigns and see them from idea to final conclusion
Ability to generate respect and trust from Winsupply Inc employees and local companies, leadership, and external constituencies
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe suite of products including (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.)
Proficiency with Google Analytics
Proven success of helping companies and/or teams create marketing and or advertising materials within given deadlines
