They are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Procurement Operations Analyst to support critical supply chain and purchasing functions, manage procurement activities, and foster vendor relationships.

Responsibilities
Manage daily inventory functions, including order placement, vendor invoicing, and stock level maintenance
Serve as a primary point of contact for vendor communication, including issue resolution and ongoing coordination
Support strategic inventory planning and purchasing decisions in collaboration with cross-functional team members
Assist with competitive pricing updates and product sourcing to align with company goals for market positioning and profitability
Help implement process improvements related to packaging, unit of measure decisions, and handling efficiency in coordination with operations partners
Review and interpret reports to maintain ordering accuracy, streamline workflows, and support operational performance
Qualification
Required
Detail-oriented and collaborative

Work is performed while sitting/standing and interfacing with a personal computer
Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing
Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations
Requires occasional bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching
Requires the ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 50lbs
Access to a reliable and secure high-speed internet connection
Access to a home router and modem
A dedicated home office space that is noise- and distraction-free
A valid, physical address (apartment, suite, etc.). PO Boxes are not supported
The desire and ability to work and communicate with other team members via chat, webcam, etc
Legal residents of one of the specified states
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic problems independently
Understanding of supply chain or procurement functions and how day-to-day decisions impact inventory and fulfillment performance
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general familiarity with reporting tools; ability to learn and navigate internal systems and databases
Effective communicator—both written and verbal—with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
Preferred
Cable or fiber internet connections (at least 75mbps download/10mbps upload) are preferred
Wired connection is preferred, if possible
