Spearhead the management of activities and expenditures across designated customers and platforms, aiming to surpass budgetary objectives

Ensure flawless execution and effective communication with Supply Chain regarding customer promotions, customized programs, and operational adjustments that may impact the business
Continuously identify, propose and implement process enhancements to optimize ecommerce operations
Uphold brand equity and integrity while meeting business expectations
Keep meticulous and accurate records in SalesForce and other platforms, maintaining best-in-class notes and documentation
Report updates and progress against KPI's, including providing market forecasts and key drivers
Knowledge of marketplace vendor platforms such as Amazon Vendor Central, Chewy Vendor Portal, Walmart Connect
Knowledge of retailer media advertising platforms and a basic knowledge of digital advertising concepts
