Responsibilities

Develop and implement initiatives to enhance the reliability and performance of equipment, processes, tools, and systems

Assisting in the implementation and execution of condition monitoring techniques, such as vibration analysis, thermography, and lubrication analysis

Assisting in the development of preventive maintenance based on schedules, work orders, or instructions

Collaborating with maintenance, engineering, and reliability teams to share information, perform root cause analysis, and contribute to improvement initiatives

Perform root cause analysis (RCA) to identify the underlying reasons for equipment failures and reliability issues

Collect, analyze, and interpret reliability data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including maintenance, operations, and engineering, to implement reliability improvement initiatives and projects

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business, Associate Technical or Business Degree, or a high school diploma with 4 plus years of relevant experience

Demonstrated knowledge of reliability principles: Familiarity with reliability engineering concepts, methodologies, and best practices

Understanding of preventive maintenance strategies, reliability-centered maintenance (RCM), and failure analysis techniques

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders and convey technical information to non-technical audiences

Proven interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and teamwork across different departments and levels of the organization

Proficiency in data management and analysis using tools such as spreadsheets, databases, or computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)

Ability to generate clear and concise reports and presentations to communicate reliability-related information

Demonstrated organizational and project management skills to coordinate and prioritize activities, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines

Attention to detail in maintaining accurate records, documentation, and reporting

Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes of reliability issues, analyze data, and recommend effective solutions

Ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions to improve equipment reliability

Ability to lead and work well in a team environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams and building strong working relationships

Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic and evolving organizational setting

Ability to travel domestically, 50% of the time
