Sales & Customer Support Representative
Magnify is a well-established organization in the industrial services space, and they are seeking a Sales & Customer Support Representative to support internal sales teams and external clients. This role involves managing a high volume of customer inquiries and ensuring accurate processing of orders.
Responsibilities
Handle a high volume of inbound phone calls and electronic requests
Partner closely with internal sales teams to resolve order, pricing, delivery, and account inquiries
Process phone and electronic orders with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness
Maintain and update customer account information and order documentation
Interpret purchase orders, sales agreements, and order notes
Track orders through delivery and follow escalation procedures as needed
Control call flow, tone, and pace while maintaining professionalism
De-escalate and resolve challenging interactions
Communicate with vendors regarding order status, product availability, and freight details
Qualification
Required
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-call-volume environment
High attention to detail and strong multitasking ability
Professional phone and email etiquette
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Microsoft Office
Preferred
CRM/ERP system experience preferred (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics, or similar)
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
2–3 years of customer service, sales support, or contact center experience preferred
Spanish language skills a plus, but not required
