Responsibilities
Drive the Agile way of working regionally by sharing knowledge, skills and best practice
Act as a regional ambassador to global counterparts and stakeholder
Ensure the team events are held and have a clear purpose and outcome
Build a supportive culture and safe environment within the teams; understanding the barriers to motivation and finding ways to overcome them
Coach the team and individuals for improvements in how they apply agile values, principles and practices
Focus the team on continuous improvement with feedback loops for ways of working and value delivered
Qualification
Required
8+ years total experience, with a min of 5+ years Scrum Master role for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory
Scrum certifications (CSM, PSMI/II)
Demonstrable experience of working with remote and hybrid teams
Skills and knowledge of coaching, facilitation and conflict resolution
Ability to work onsite in the Chicago office a min of 3 days per week
