Client Trainer

The Client Trainer role is responsible for creating and delivering training programs to empower clients in using Mosai’s applications, guiding them through workflows, and maintaining training materials.

Responsibilities

Become the client-facing voice of Mosai by becoming an expert on our proprietary web-based and mobile applications
Effectively communicate the proven practice workflows that are outlined for each agency during their implementation
Design, produce, and maintain video tutorials to support client training
Create and update client-facing training content to ensure the most enhanced features and functionality are properly documented and represented on the Mosai Help Site
Work with Managers to make sure Mosai is leveraging the most efficient and scalable methods to turn clients into experts
Maintain detailed knowledge base articles for client use
Some travel required
Other duties may be added and/or assigned as needed

Qualification

Client trainingSaaS experienceVideo creation toolsHealthcare industry experienceCommunication skillsOrganizational skills

Required

High school diploma or equivalency
2+ years of experience working directly with clients
Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent organization skills

Preferred

Bachelor's degree
Prior experience in the healthcare or technology industry
Experience working with a SaaS based product
Preferred experience with eLearning and video creation tools, including Camtasia, Vyond, and Articulate
