Responsibilities

Leads formulation, preparation and communication of strategic and operational business plans

Contributes to cross-functional strategic projects executed in partnership with senior leadership

Leads research associated with business issues and plan formulation, including development of business cases

Effectively facilitates meetings and strategic workshops, including preparation and driving tangible outcomes

Stimulates strategic thinking in support of business direction

Required

Minimum of 7 years of work experience, preferably in consulting, investment banking, healthcare strategy or operations role in an analytical environment

Strong analytical skills and business acumen with a focus on payor landscape and trends

Experience building and evaluating financial models and quickly developing executive-level presentations and support material to successfully implement strategy

Ability to identify, structure and solve business problems

Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written, and oral communication and presentation skills

Demonstrated experience developing analysis, presentations and support material to successfully drive decisions and strategy implementation

This role may require travel up to 25%

BA/BS degree required

Preferred

Background with payor organizations and specifically value-based care

MBA preferred
