This role involves managing the company's day-to-day financial operations, focusing on billing and accounts receivable functions while supporting general accounting processes.

Responsibilities
Prepare and process client billing in Deltek Vantagepoint, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
Manage accounts receivable, including posting payments, monitoring aging reports, and following up on outstanding invoices
Review and reconcile project billing details, ensuring compliance with contract terms and company policies
Assist with month-end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for billing and AR transactions
Collaborate with project managers and operations teams to resolve billing discrepancies and provide financial support
Generate and analyze AR reports to identify trends and assist with cash flow forecasting
Support internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company procedures
Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation to external auditors
Perform other accounting duties as assigned to support the finance team
Qualification
Required
Detail-oriented
Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint
Ability to prepare and process client billing
