Responsibilities
Provision and configure Ericsson cellular hardware and baseband systems, including the 66 series
Work directly with Ericsson DOT solutions, including Integrated Radio Units (IRUs)
Support the entire deployment lifecycle, moving systems from lab environments to live production sites
Execute on-site troubleshooting and RF issue resolution to ensure peak network performance
Collaborate closely with the design and product teams to refine deployment processes and documentation
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on experience: You must have a background in Ericsson cellular provisioning
Technical depth: Proven experience working with Ericsson 66 series basebands and DOT solutions
Professional pedigree: You likely come from a background at Ericsson, a major mobile network operator, or a high-level carrier deployment contractor
Independent mindset: You enjoy owning problems end-to-end and can manage deployment tasks with minimal oversight
Communication skills: The ability to document complex processes and collaborate across remote teams is essential
