Talent Operations Coordinator / Senior Talent Operations Coordinator
Worcester Polytechnic Institute is seeking a Talent Operations Coordinator / Senior Talent Operations Coordinator to provide operational and administrative support for the Talent Strategies and Operations teams within the Talent & Inclusion Division. The role focuses on process improvements related to Workday and involves engaging with faculty and staff to support university-wide projects and initiatives.

Responsibilities
Manage processing of worker data in Workday by entering and reviewing transactions for accuracy including talent, compensation, benefits, absence, time tracking, and recruiting
Act as secondary point of contact between the department/division and other internal and external technical support organizations
Assist and support system testing and project implementation
Maintain documentation including creation and updating of job aids related to office procedures, Workday data entry, and form creation
Act as a primary contact for employees with HR needs, answer and triage inquiries, and provide accurate information with a customer service focus; escalate issues to appropriate channels
Conduct thorough introductory reviews and exit interviews for Talent Strategies
Support the administration of the institution's orientation and onboarding functions and programs by working with the area responsible for coordination of orientation to ensure smooth, customer-focused service
Partner with Talent Operations Specialist to coordinate and execute student employment processes within Talent & Inclusion
Perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned or directed by the supervisor

Required
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum of 2 years of experience
