Adastra is seeking a hands-on ERP Business Analyst to support users of Epicor Prophet 21, focusing on process documentation, user training, and system adoption. This role partners closely with ERP and business teams to ensure effective execution of day-to-day operations in P21.

Staffing & Recruiting

Responsibilities

Support and train users across P21 modules including Order Entry, Purchasing, Inventory, Production, Service, AP/AR, and GL
Develop and maintain SOPs, training materials, and role-based documentation
Lead remote and on-site training during go-lives, onboarding, and system changes
Translate system updates into clear, user-facing guidance
Gather user feedback to improve processes and adoption

Required

5+ years of ERP experience; Epicor Prophet 21 required
