They are seeking a Litigation Associate who will manage civil litigation cases and provide specialized advisory on complex legal matters while fostering strong client relationships.

Responsibilities
End-to-End Litigation: Manage civil litigation cases from inception through resolution, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, filing motions, and appearing at hearings, mediations, and trials
Specialized Advisory: Advise clients on complex matters including covenant enforcement, contract disputes, title issues, insurance defense, and other real estate-related litigation
Deadline Management: Independently manage court calendars and client deadlines with high attention to detail
Relationship Building: Actively communicate with clients and network with industry professionals to build and maintain strong firm relationships
Team Collaboration: Work alongside an experienced support team in a high-energy, collaborative office environment
Qualification
Required
Must hold an active license to practice law in Georgia
Strong courtroom presence and experience are required
Exceptional research abilities and a track record of drafting persuasive legal documents
Preferred
Prior experience in civil litigation is highly preferred
